Im lucky ass, i won first prize yesterday. Daringly to say, 2000 bucks. And this means i can buy laptop soon. Didnt wanted to mention in my blog, but since its a piece of good news so why not? Using my own money to buy a laptop is cool, rather than asking my uncle to buy one, since i feel guilty to do so and i haven been able to pluck up the courage to ask him. But to be true, its not really my money, its SINGAPORE POOLS money. lol.
My dad was the one who told me that i've won when i was on the bus after teaching at tampines yesterday (:
And ya, second thing for being lucky, i left my thumbdrive plucked in the library's computer. Two hours later, i suddenly remember during lecture and i run to the library like there's no tomorrow and its still left plucked there. So lucky, my thumbdrive is like one of my THUMB. haha. My life man, my research documents, photos and also i've shown affection to "her" although "she's" a non-living thing. haha.
I was late today morning AGAIN. Hearing the phone ring, it was siying and it was already 8.40am when im having my lab class at 9. I was like FCUK, can i stop waking up late. Im so pissed with myself you know, totally incapable, cant even wake myself up. wanted to sit cab to school but even if i were to rush, i know i wont be able to reach school before 9.15 and this would be considered absent. So i may as well dont go. Sanyo called me an hour later, he said he was sitting cab on the way to school and he asked if i want a lift. Of course i agreed and hop on the cab. But i didnt went for lab class although it was only 10.30 while the class finishes at 12. I accompanied sanyo to eat and then pearlyn.
Let me tell you about this wonderful friend PEARLYN CHUA PEI LING. She decided to be my HUMAN ALARM CLOCK upon sharing with her about my late problems man. She said she'll wake me up everyday, since her school start at 9am everyday. And i even wrote to her my timetable and what time to wake up. I just dont want to be such an unorganised person missing tutorials and lectures when i can make the effort to wake up earlier! THANKS PEARL!
I found a very UNIQUE, PUNK and BEAUTIFUL ring in my school toilet yesterday. But i decided to leave it there, perhaps the owner will return back and find for it. If it does not belongs to me, i will not take it ( although i had the urge to, lol).
I believed If you picked something without returning, you'll lose something. Call me superstitious or not, some people believe in this, some dont. But i do, because every single time i pick something, i lost something. And i guess, if i had taken the ring yesterday, i wouldnt had got my thumbdrive back. Moreover, i've lost whatever i have, what can i still lose?
Im going for Culture and Expression class soon. Its boring, and all of them are strangers!
