I've just finished my public speaking tutorial. Well, we had an impromptu practice among our group mates and i've made new friends again. Everyone had to pick a piece of paper to see which topic you need to talk about. And i dont know why, i got this " The saddest thing you ever saw ". My dog came to my mind, and yes, when i was talking about him, my tears felt like strolling down my cheeks.
I came very early today, my class starts at 9am, but im in school at 7.40am. Everything is not open, cheers and library. There was only a few people you'd hardly see, because its such a good weather to sleep more! My dad fetched me to school and he woke me up at 6.30am. He was in a hurry so after dropping my youngest sister off, he drove me to school. On the way, i was eating a Bun he bought which was as big as my face, really. I had a hard time eating because i cant possibly finish it up. Along the way, my dad went to petrol station and got me a pack of fresh milk, while he went to buy, i secretly wrapped a quarter of the bun with tissue and put it in my file. And now, my whole file reak of bun smell. haha.
On monday, went with siying and jialong to Sim Lim Square, and i saw the laptop that my friend introduce to me. nice and affordable. but Jialong's sister is buying a new laptop, so jialong wants to lend me one, he's asking me not to get one first, but im considering, should i?
I went shopping with jialong yesterday. Supposingly movie but only both of us can make it, so we postponed to today because peiwen can make it today! Went bugis to repair the watch i bought for my sister, visited some shops in Haji Lane and went far east too but we both walked home empty handed.
Talking about my sister, she had to do a piece of artwork which was graded. Either a portrait of her family, hand gravity or tesselations ( drawing identical shapes ). She's like me, doing things last minute. On sunday night at 10pm, she started taking out her drawing block. I gave her some ideas and taught her how to draw. And then i went to sleep around 11am. really tired. My mum woke me up at 2.30am, asked me to eat Chilli crab because my dad bought it and there was nobody to accompany her. So i ate, watch some tv, and when i was about to sleep, it was 4am. Suddenly, i thought about my sister's artpiece, went to her bag and took it out. To my surprise, its super ugly. The whole drawing block consists of two colours, Purple and Green she'd match, no outline of her drawing and everything. I believed that her teacher would gave her a D if she handed that piece up. And so i helped her to improve it until 6am in the morning, and i put it back into her bag. The next afternoon, i received her message from her and she thanked me for upgrading her artpiece. She told me that when her teacher saw her artpiece, she commented it in front of the whole class saying that this is the way to do it. She even got an A, i was extremely happy for her. And, its the first time i felt that i've done my part as an elder sister.
Im going to have lunch with pearlyn and chee fai, supposingly jia long too but he overslept and he's not coming school. Im seriously upset when he kept on not going for classes, although i know that he's quitting, but still, i dont want to see him doing nothing at home.
The emptier life is, the more it weighs you down.
